Stories are educational and historical, powerful and profitable. They’re the bedrock of building stronger societies and better organizations.
Plus, stories are fun.
My obsession with the craft of storytelling took hold in Oxford, Mississippi while completing my journalism degree. There I had the privilege of working at the University of Mississippi’s college paper and learning from the city’s remarkable storytelling tradition.
I’ve been lucky to share stories from many angles, including hard news, marketing, academia, advertising agencies, podcasts, musical scores, and corporate and PR communications.
A data-based, trackable marketing strategy, combined with clear and consistent storytelling can not only be compelling to the public, it creates time and budget efficiencies for the creative team.
I’ve built and executed successful marketing strategies for struggling community non-profits to multi-billion-dollar banks, each with its own unique story to tell.
If you have a story to tell, I can help you tell it. If you want to tell better stories, I can teach you how.
